He also mentioned that, both firm vision is same and they will reach users more fast. Nest also confirms that they will continue to support iOS even after join to Google.

For those users, who are worried about the privacy issue with Google, Nest co-founder Matt Roger say's -
“Our privacy policy clearly limits the use of customer information to providing and improving Nest’s products and services. We’ve always taken privacy seriously and this will not change.”
