According to micro soft official announcement Satya Nadella becomes the third CEO of Microsoft

Nadella, 46, was born in Hyderabad, India. Growing up, playing cricket was his “passion,” and he played it competitively as a member of his school’s team. “I think playing cricket taught me more about working in teams and leadership that has stayed with me throughout my career.”He joined Microsoft 22 years ago.

He says, “aspire to change the world. But very few have all the elements required: talent, resources and perseverance. Microsoft has proven that it has all three in abundance.”

Company founder Bill Gates is also leaving the chairman role for a new role as technology adviser.
