Tehreek-i-Taliban Pakistan Authorised Media Site Umar Media hacked By Godzilla

Yesterday, The banned Tehreek-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) launched its website hosting videos, a magazine, and its leaders’ interviews and statements.  TTP said Umar Media had sponsored the website, which would serve as the central information portal of the outfit.

They added that Umar Media was the only authorised body to issue messages and statements of the TTP. The website carries e-mail addresses of central spokesman of TTP Shahidullah Shahid and other sections.

But within the 24 hours, of its launch the Umar Media  Site (www.umarmedia.com) was mysteriously taken down. Owner of the site says to Dwan.com that "he had no idea who the client was. “The domain was registered in November 2013, and until yesterday, we had no idea as to what the content on the website would be.”

Why was Domain is down.

Every one is thinking that domain is mysteriously taken down. But the main reason of the site down is exclusively presenting by Cyber Kendra.

A Indian hacker named as "Godzilla" who have earlier hacked number of popular Pakistani site including site of Lashkar-e-Taiba and Pakistan Army, have taken the responsibility for the Umar Media Site down. 

After having a talk with Godzilla, he told to Cyber Kendra that the site was hosted on the shared hosting and he had gain access to the server by hacking one of the site of the server. After gaining to the access, he managed to access to the Control Panel of the Umar Media Site, which allows him with full control over the site. With the access he had  Deleted the Domain of Umar Media.

So this was the actual reason why the site is still down and it is unreachable at the moment. At last Godzilla left with a message "They Started and We Ended".
