This is not a well to all as there privacy is getting to the end. According to the Washington Post which says that court have permitted the order to NSA to collect the information from 193 countries. The post stats that, The certification issued by a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court in 2010 shows the NSA has the authority to “intercept through U.S. companies not just the communications of its overseas targets, but any communications about its targets as well,”.
Only four countries in the world named as Five Eyes which are United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand are not been spied because they frequently collaborate for exchanging information.

The new leaked document claimed that the court not only given the permit to collect information from 193 countries but also authorizes the NSA to target institutions like the International Monetary Fund, the European Union and the International Atomic Energy Agency.

Of course, the list above doesn’t mean that the NSA targets all these countries at all times, just that it was given the authority to do it should it need it. The implications of such blanket permissions are obvious and focus on user privacy for the most part.
