Another popular hacker group "Anon Ghost" continues there hack with the website defacement. From last 6 to 8 months hackers group has been seen active and hacked numbers of websites including some high profiled organisation sites also.
Today morning hackers group have hacked and defaced one of the sub-domain of the Sourceforge.net (http://crchr.sourceforge.net) . On the deface page hackers have wrote the following message along with the flash video playing on background.
SourceForge is an Open Source community resource dedicated to helping open source projects which is owned and maintained by Slashdot media. It have more than 3.7 million registered users and also host more than 430,000 projects. According to the site, these open source projects reach more than 4,800,000 downloads a day.

Site which got hacked was running on WordPress CMS and it was outdated version of the WordPress. May hackers have exploit the vulnerability of CMS to deface the site.
