Sharing files with NearBy Share is as simple as on your Android phones. Just follow the simple steps-

1. Get the App: Download the app, then install it on your Windows PC.
2. Set preferences: Sign into your Google account and set your Device Visibility preferences to choose who can share with you.
3. Start sharing: Send and receive content effortlessly across your Android device and Windows PC.

System and Other Requirements.

Nearby Share requires a 64-bit version of Windows 10 and up with ARM not supported. Bluetooth and Wi-Fi or Ethernet have to be enabled with both devices needing to be on the same network and “within about 16 feet, or 5 meters, of each other.” You get the same visibility options as on phones: Everyone, Contacts, Your Devices, and No One. The middle two options require that you sign in to your Google Account.
